I’m here to upgrade you, girl. Not just your body.
My focus for your fitness transformation is to provide you with an evidence-based program and nutrition methods proven to achieve incredible results. And to support, empower and educate you along the way so you have the confidence to maintain those results long term. I’m not about short-term fixes that you’ll rebound from when you leave.
My approach is about building strength both in and out of the gym that will carry into everything you do: mentally, physically, and emotionally.
At 19, I had a major spinal surgery, and the 12 month road to recovery meant starting from extreme fragility and building myself up to a point where I could compete in martial arts, and then go on to take up strength training and compete as a bikini and fitness competitor. That journey gave me so much gratitude to have a body capable of building that strength, and to see training as a privilege.
As part of my own mental health journey, navigating mental illness as well as neurodivergence, I’ve developed my methods to be supportive for mental health for my clients and flexible where needed. I don’t step into the role of a therapist, but if you’re ever having a hard time, I’m someone who gets it, and we’ll tailor your approach accordingly.
My mission is to see more women embracing strength training, speaking more kindly to themselves, building a healthy relationship with food, crafting a lifestyle they thrive in, to have them living in a body they love, respect, and feel confident in now, while setting themselves up to be independent, strong and capable as they age.
It’s training and nutrition coaching, but it’s not just training and nutrition coaching.
