The program is well suited from intermediate to advanced. It is recommended you are already able to barbell squat and deadlift safely. (You can ask a PT at your gym to show you / check your technique to be sure)
Access to a gym is recommended. If you are training in a well equipped home gym we can make suggestions for exercise swaps in the facebook group.
Not at all. This product is a monthly subscription and you have the option to unsubscribe via paypal at anytime.
No. This subscription is a training program only service.
You can book in a coaching call with Helena if you wish to have macros set for you. ($50 per coaching call / revision)
This program could definitely be used while in a building season, however for truly competitive results, Helena recommends a minimum of 6 months of tailored 1-1 coaching for training and nutrition leading into your show.
